30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Email miguelgonzales11081995@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase. You do not need to give a reason for changing your mind.

How to return an item

Contact us for handling instructions, then return the complete item securely packed to: Marcos Peñaflor, Hyrule Bricks, Smidel 2983, Montevideo 12200, Uruguay. Contacting us does not make a statutory cancellation subject to our approval. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. Opening packaging for inspection does not by itself remove your statutory rights.

Return shipping costs

The buyer pays the direct shipping cost of a change-of-mind return. Returns are sent to Uruguay, including international purchases. Carrier prices depend on your location; we recommend checking the return postage cost before ordering and keeping proof of shipment. This allocation does not apply where the law requires us to pay, including applicable remedies for defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess it. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable consumer law. The 30-day commercial return period does not limit statutory guarantees or claims.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. The refundable amount and timing follow applicable law, including reimbursement of original standard delivery charges where required. We will not add an internal waiting period that delays a legally due refund. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Where Uruguayan consumer law applies, distance purchases carry a right to withdraw without giving reasons within five business days from contracting or receipt of the goods. Goods may be unpacked for inspection but should otherwise remain unused. The law requires immediate reimbursement of the amounts paid; the consumer pays return transport. If the required notice is not provided, that statutory time limit does not start.

Any additional or more favourable mandatory rights applicable to your purchase remain in force. This policy does not exclude statutory cancellation, refund or guarantee rights.
