Products and orders

The product description, selected variant and order summary identify your purchase. Review them before payment and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us promptly if you find an error or wish to cancel. Dispatch does not remove any statutory cancellation right.

Prices and payment

The currency, product price, delivery charges and applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Check the checkout summary and payment method before authorising your order. We will not charge additional amounts without an appropriate legal basis and any consent required by law.

Delivery and returns

Our stated delivery timeframe is up to 15 business days. You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, cancellation rights or legal guarantees. Our commercial return period does not replace statutory guarantees.
